NU OLA Vice-Rector for International relations Viacheslav Tuliakov has met with practitioners and students of IE University School of International and Public Affairs, in their Segovia campus, Spain.
Professor Tulyakov has reviewed the problem of state's existence as a collective subject of the right to self-destruction in the context of the current aggressive imperial policy of the Russian Federation. Also, the sources of international sanctions imposed against the Russian Federation were examined, and means of therir counter strkes from the side of the aggressor. During the discussion, the problem of development of positive obligations of international community to react to acts of aggression and violence, inhuman treatment and abuse of powers in the formation of a new international security system is considered. In general, the right to self-defense in the context of international security has become the subject of extensive discussion.
From the beginning of the war, the promotion of international cooperation of the National University "Odessa Law Academy", of the Odessa School of Law and legal enlightenment of our Alma mater at European scientific and educational circles is continued.
